加拿大小交響樂團青年交響樂團是一非牟利組織，宗旨乃推動青少年學習音樂。透過樂團購買禮品卡，禮品卡的公司會給予百分之2至15*之回扣捐款​給樂團。你所購買禮品咭的金額，全數可作購物金額。請填妥訂購表格，然後聯絡 Vivian Chu (cs.youthorchestra@gmail.com)

訂購禮品卡需先付款，現金或支票均可

如欲趕及聖誕前取得禮品卡，需於11月18日前聯絡樂團。

Canadian Sinfonietta Youth Orchestra is a non-profit and charitable organization. Our purpose is to promote music education for the youth in Canada. We are now launching a gift card fundraising program to raise fund for CSYO.

 

When you make purchase with the gift cards from the companies listed in the order form, CSYO will receive a certain percentage from the companies (please see the percentage on the order form). You will get exactly what you pay for.

Please complete and send the order form to cs.youthorchestra@gmail.com. 

Please contact Vivian Chu before November 18 2016 if you want to receive the gift cards before Christmas.
